High Pressure Offshore Pipe

The Flexible Composite Pipe provided by our company is unbonded type, which is comprised of five layers: 

the medium transport layer, the tensile layer, the abrasion resistant layer, 

the reinforcement layer and the protective layer. The medium transport layer uses PERT or PEX material 

to meet the requirement of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance ; 

the tensile layer is braided with Steel Wire to meet the requirements of tensile; 

the abrasion resistant layer uses HDPE material to prevent the abrasion between the tensile layer and the reinforced layer;

the reinforcement layer is used Stainless Steel Tape to meet the requirement of pressure and corrosion resistance; 

the protection layer is used HDPE material to meet the requirement of the corrosion resistance of the external environment; 

the stainless steel Flange Connector is used between the pipes, and three venting valves are installed on each connector, 

which is favorable for the discharge of permeable gas.
